Dynamic Fabrication Inc. has in-house drafting and
detailing capabilities utilizing an Autocad format or
DWG.This ensures a smooth transition of submittal
drawings or changes. We utilize "Graitec, Advanced
Steel" for our detailing with 3-D modeling capabilities.
DFI has the ability to e-transmit our 3-D models to our
customers for approval even before the details are
generated by the use of a DWF viewer. Models can
be viewed and manipulated. The members in the
model are intelligent as well. We use the latest
technology in our welding procedures and keep
qualified personnel to maintain quality. DFI has
blasting and painting capabilities as well. With a 3400
square foot paint shop we can handle the toughest of
paint systems.
By keeping most aspects of the fabrication process
in-house. We can deliver impressive turnarounds on
40-50 ton projects.
We strive to deliver projects in a timely manner and
we are always up front and honest with our customers
as to a projects progress. We will be glad to supply

| Recent News We're Growing! Dynamic Fabrication has recently completed the first phase of our growth plan. We have moved into our new offices and are up and running. The second phase is on the ground. We have cleared the way for the first "shop" addition to be erected within the next month or so. We should be utilizing our new shop space by the end of March 2012. This addition will give us ample room for all of our processing. Saws, burntable, break, ironworkers etc. We are excited about the new space and anxious to get it up and running. This will not only consolidate all our processing but open up approximately 30% more fabrication area in our existing shop. When the complete plan is carried out we will have approximately 37,000 sq. ft. of shop space under one roof. With an additional 5,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space. The sister company Structural Fabrication has been closed and the equipment has been moved to Dynamic Fabrication's Beaver Dam facility. With the additional shop space we are adding, we will have approximately the same area we had with both companies in operation. Currently we are running two 10 hr shifts to offset the shortage in space. We hope to have the 2nd shift as a back up when all is said and done. |
